You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, access controls, or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from our platform

5. Plans, Payments & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

WorksheetGen and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the worksheets you generate. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Worksheets are generated by AI and may contain errors. You should review all content before distributing it to students. WorksheetGen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or educational suitability of AI-generated content. You use the content at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorksheetGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Termination
