Ownership of Generated Worksheets

You retain ownership of the worksheets you generate with WorksheetGen. The AI content is generated on your behalf using your inputs, and you may use the output for the permitted purposes listed below. WorksheetGen retains no ownership claim over the specific worksheet content you generate.

What You Can Do

• Print and distribute worksheets to your students in a classroom setting
• Use worksheets in a paid tutoring or coaching business
• Share worksheets with parents as part of a homeschool curriculum
• Include worksheets in physical or digital course materials you sell
• Use worksheets at workshops, camps, or educational events you organise
• Customise or edit worksheets before distributing them
• Use worksheets for internal teacher training or professional development

What You Cannot Do

• Resell worksheets as-is on marketplaces (e.g. Teachers Pay Teachers) without substantial modification
• Claim AI-generated worksheets as entirely your own original creation
• Sub-license or resell access to the WorksheetGen platform itself
• Use worksheets to train competing AI models
• Remove or obscure the "Generated by worksheetgen.com" footer from distributed materials
• Use our brand name or logo to imply endorsement without written permission

Attribution

We ask that you keep the “Generated by worksheetgen.com” footer when distributing printed worksheets. This is not a legal requirement, but it helps others discover the tool and supports our ability to keep offering a free tier.
